Berl Nadler is a partner of Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP where he conducts a wide-ranging business law practice. Prior to joining Davies 35 years ago, Berl worked as a lawyer at the Canadian Department of Justice in Ottawa and at the New York law firm of Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York City. In addition to his law practice, Berl is an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School. He is a graduate of the McGill Faculty of Law (B.C.L., LL.B.) and the Harvard Law School (LL.M.).
